Does the Humidity Level Affect Your Indoor Greenhouse Cabinet Plants?

40% humidity = dry air, so leaves lose water faster and can curl or get brown, crispy tips/edges.

70% humidity = moist air, so leaves lose water slower and stay softer; new leaves usually unfurl easier (especially tropical plants).

The important warning

But 70% with low airflow can invite fungus/mold/rot, so you balance high humidity with good air movement.

Simple cabinet rule

Aim for “comfortably humid + moving air,” and use a hygrometer so you’re not guessing. Grab a 120mm fan here from https://kabinix.com/products/airflow-kit-single-copy
