Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. During busy periods or for made-to-order items, processing may take slightly longer.
Once an order has started processing or has shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. If you need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

These estimates do not include customs clearance delays, carrier delays, weather delays, or holidays.
Tracking
Tracking will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package is shipped.
Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to local VAT, duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier handling fees upon delivery.
These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless duties or taxes are clearly collected at checkout.
Kabinix is not responsible for customs delays or import fees charged by your country.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Kabinix is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If we make an error with the shipping address, we will take responsibility and help resolve the issue.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost or has not updated for an extended time, please contact us and we’ll help review the tracking information.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Kabinix is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after delivery.
Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact us after delivery to start the return process.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we can process the refund.
